In every season of life “Your Best Body” may be defined slightly differently, but it’s always YOURS to define… everyone deserves to reach their personal best – inside and out – regardless of their starting weight or fitness level!

What is the Best Body Countdown? And when is it held?
The Best Body Countdown is a guided 52-day journey of self-discovery and lifestyle change resulting in inner and outer strength and wellness. The Best Body Team leads 2 annual nation-wide Best Body Countdowns, which always begin the day after MLK Day in January and shortly after Labor Day in September. During these 2 “Countdown rounds,” extra group support is provided via our private Facebook group, Don’t Quit Chats every other week and daily emails to keep you on track. However, the Success Journal and corresponding Cookbook can be purchased to guide you to Your Best Body anytime of year (in just 52 days). Participants often use the Success Journal on their own while the nationwide support group is not being offered, and then go through the 52-days again with the extra support when it is. This ensures year-round accountability for reaching/maintaining one’s Best Body.
