After losing almost 100 pounds on my own, I needed a plan to get me out of my plateau. I thought I was eating healthy, but was so surprised when I began reading food labels. I had no idea how much sugar was added to food. I decreased my sugar intake, and I’ve seen huge changes!
Since starting the Countdown, I am down 18.6 pounds and 8 inches overall. The Countdown is a simple program to follow and the food is great! Change takes work, and it’s going to take time to get where I need to be, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. The energy I feel from eating healthy is worth every bit of effort it takes!
