Karen and her husband, Tom especially enjoy being active together outdoors. Though they were both active and healthy before beginning the 52 days, they did the Best Body Countdown to take that extra step to reach their very BEST! They completed all 10 Best Body Tickets (see book) and they both lost those “last” 10-12 pounds and dropped body fat.
“This is not a quick weight loss fad diet – it’s a system to use throughout the rest of your life. We changed our mindset when it comes to how we approach meal planning. Our biggest challenges were limiting sugar, bread and pizza. We try to do one fun fitness activity together on the weekends to supplement our weekly workouts. Thanks for helping us to be healthier!”
