I just completed the 52-day Best Body Countdown. Wow, I honestly did not think I would see the the changes that I have. I actually started about a week early, weighing 226, reading ahead to see what was going to be involved. On day 52 of the Countdown I was 224 and on the final day – Day 1 – I am 212…14 pounds and 8 inches gone! There are foods I don’t crave any more like soda, and really do not crave fast food either. Some of the recipes in the book are great and will stay a part of my weekly menus. I will be continuing to follow the tips and guidelines from Sohailla’s books and keep working out 5 days a week. I hope to still lose another 15 pounds and get to my Best Body.
