After working out regularly for months I was not seeing any changes in my body. I knew it was time to get my diet in check. As I began the Countdown, I immediately noticed I was sleeping better, more energized, and my skin looked amazing (I have suffered from acne my entire life). I lost 3 inches in my waist, and 2 inches in my hips.
I love the Cookbook and meal plan because it lays everything out for you. As I approached 40, I was no longer able to just cut calories and workout a little extra to get weight off. Luckily this program showed me how changing my eating habits — without starving myself — can work, as well as adding in more movement time. I now have healthy habits I can stick with for a lifetime.
