I needed to reset my lifestyle, eating, and exercising patterns. Since beginning the Best Body Countdown, I have lost 12 pounds and made great strides with planning meals and eating out less.
I love that the goal of the Countdown is to teach good habits that become second nature. I often go back and review the principles in the Success Journal to remind myself of what makes a “Best Body breakfast” or a good “Strong Snack” so that I can utilize those tools in “real life”.
The Best Body Cookbook & Menu Plan helped me to jump start my cooking and meal planning and to make sure leftovers are available for busy nights and lunches. I am making reasonable swaps during the week to allow for strategic splurges so that I don’t always feeling like I’m missing out or sacrificing. I am focusing on what I can have and what I can do, rather than what I cannot have or do!
