I decided to try the Best Body Countdown at the encouragement of my daughter, who is also a dietitian. During my life, I’ve tried every diet out there, given up, and gained more weight back. In the Spring of 2016, I was 262 pounds and I decided to try the Best Body Countdown.
This program has changed my life! I have lost over 60 pounds and I feel so much better! Jessica York with Honest Nutrition and Sohailla Digsby both made me feel like I could succeed. The plan is easy to follow and the support from everyone on Facebook from all across the country was a big help.
Exercising regularly and eating the good carbohydrates with each meal was the most challenging, but I can honestly say this is first time I have stuck with a lifestyle change and consistently lost weight. I am on my way. I KNOW I can do this!
