I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic in November of 2013. I sought advice from Sohailla in a private consultation and she recommended her 52-day “Countdown to Your Best Body.” I began the program for the first time in January of 2014.
I absolutely recommend this program to others. It is almost fool proof! If you follow the book and advice exactly, you cannot help but lose weight and inches! The program has solid, easy to remember principles that are a certain recipe for success.
Just go ahead and accept that you are making a lifestyle change when you do this book. If you look at it as a diet, then you will end up right back where you started. My lifestyle change began in November of 2013 when I started eating differently. I actually started the Countdown again in August of 2014 in an effort to lose a few more pounds and to get back on track with my eating after I had medical issues in the early part of 2014 that I allowed to get me off track. I wanted another kick start! I have been following these principles for around 10 months and have lost a total of 32 pounds.
