I wanted to feel better, have more energy and lose some inches too. Since beginning the Countdown, I’ve lost 7 pounds and 2 inches in my waist. I feel stronger and more energetic. I can sleep for longer periods of time and my skin is clear. I even had my first ever annual doctor’s exam with perfect lab results!
Working towards my goal to exercise more frequently definitely impacted my results. The most challenging change was to give my body the right fuel everyday and not fall into my old habit of cheat days or cheat meals. I have learned how to be mindful and plan my splurge in advance so I don’t have that guilt hangover. My family loves the meals in the Best Body Cookbook & Menu Plan. It’s now a constant in our kitchen.
I’m confident my results will continue to improve as I carry on with all I learned through the Countdown. I’m on the right path to health!
