I’ve had a lifelong struggle with weight. I was at my all time highest [weight] and my niece was having so much success with this program, so I decided to sign up. Since beginning the Countdown, I am no longer controlled by sugar. In 52 days, I lost 18 pounds, 1.5 inches off my waist and 3.25 inches off my hips. What made the biggest impact on my progress was keeping my sugar intake as low as possible, eating healthy foods, and drinking lots of water. I used many of the recipes in the Best Body Cookbook & Menu Plan, cooked more often, and loved having leftovers that froze well for quick meals. And I loved all the encouragement along the way. I will continue this journey because it works!!!
