A year ago I saw a picture of myself while on a tubing trip with family. That was when I realized it was time for a change. I was wearing a size 20W. As of today, I can wear a size 12/14. That’s 60 pounds lost!
I never exercised before starting the Countdown, and now I exercise almost daily. I used to eat sweets all the time – I considered sweets a main food group. Now I try to eat only around 15 grams (about 3 teaspoons) of added sugar a day. That was hard at first, but it feels great working toward my goals and having an amazing support system push and guide me.
