I needed motivation to change my diet in order to lose weight, especially around my waist line. The Countdown was easy to follow, and I love the results. I’m down 9 pounds, but even better, I feel great! Limiting sugar and being consistent with veggies and water made the biggest difference in my progress. The most challenging part was limiting sugar. This change is lifelong and not a “diet” short term fix. I hope to share what I’ve learned with others who struggle with their weight and sedentary lifestyles.
