My physician cautioned me about my possible future health issues if I did not lose weight. The Best Body Countdown program has allowed me to learn to set short term weight loss goals, and once I reach that goal, set another short term goal. I have done the program twice. I now have more energy, and I view food in a different way, instead of for comfort.
Using what I have learned in the Best Body Countdown, I have continued to lose weight and 19 days after the program I have lost an additional 7 pounds. Seeing my before and after photos is encouraging, plus having accountability has assisted me in meeting my weight loss goal. The program is one where you can interact with others [for support], or you can simply follow other participants on the private Facebook Best Body Club page and still be able to lose weight without the pressure of having to attend meetings. Great program!!!
