I started the Best Body Countdown because I wanted to continue with a program that would allow me to access the gym, while learning more about getting and keeping my body healthy and fit. After already losing 160 pounds up to this point, I’m now within 5 pounds of a big milestone goal for me. I feel stronger and more toned, and people are noticing. I was also finally able to master a pilates/yoga pose that I’ve been working on for years and was never strong enough to do.
Seeing and feeling the affects of the changes in my body was motivating along with the accountability of a trainer, access to a gym, and group training twice weekly with friends who were waiting for me. Also, the Success Journal gives basic step by step direction for what to do each day and provides tracking materials as well. I plan to continue some sort of exercise program for the rest of my life to keep me healthy and fit. I’m ready to get rid of all my big clothes that I no longer need!
