I began the Best Body Countdown because I wanted a change in myself. I have lost pounds and inches, I went down in my pant size, and my strength has increased. I also make better food choices, drink at least 64 ounces of water and exercise. I found that taking a day at a time was not overwhelming while on this journey: I was encouraged because I feel better and I can see a difference. I am making a lasting difference that will result in a healthier me! Looking forward to continuing on this journey.
