I began the Best Body Countdown in a great deal of pain. I was diagnosed with bulging discs and osteoarthritis years ago. I have also been fighting hypothyroidism for the past five years. The end result of all of these problems was a 50-60 pound weight gain due to inactivity and menopause. The Countdown has allowed me to begin getting the pounds off, decreasing my pain. I have lost 20 lbs and 2 inches off of my waist and hips. I have learned how to eat correctly and combine a good diet with exercise at the gym. I used the Cookbook, and yes, it works! I am positive I can take off the other pounds that I need to lose in order to reach my ultimate goal of great health with the support of my fitness group.
