I was looking for a way to improve my health, increase my energy, and possibly lose more weight. From suffering with anorexia for many years, to gaining over 100 pounds with my pregnancies, I have never had a good relationship with food.
I am a fitness studio owner, I exercise regularly, teach a lot of classes and personal train, but I just didn’t have the nutrition piece of the puzzle (I thought I knew). Since beginning the Best Body Countdown, my progress is more than I could have ever imagined! I am eating amazing food, I’m not hungry and my energy is through the roof! My body feels lighter, less achy, and more agile. I have lost 22 pounds and 5 3/4 inches from my waist and hips. I never thought that would be possible without starving myself. Learning how to properly fuel my body, prepping and planning meals, and becoming aware of my pitfalls (and how to avoid them) has made the biggest impact on my progress. The Best Body Countdown is simple and makes sense! Erase what you thought you knew! This is my new normal! And I love that in RESOLVE I can focus on my goals. I spend all day, everyday focusing on the goals of others. In RESOLVE, I gain the support, encouragement and knowledge to make myself a priority too.
