1st Training period
What to expect:
- 4 trainings
- Facilitator Guide (password-protected website) will be updated the day after each training with links from the training
- training follow-up summary, downloads, and training recordings will be available on this webpage post-training
- graphics and promotional tools will also be updated before it’s time to post them with suggested dates
- a Training Survey emailed to you between each training to help you stay on track with plans and deadlines
- any questions should ideally be submitted via survey forms sent out before each training (last entry)
- support from the FB group – other wellness professionals and yours truly (tag me with questions)
- emails from me the day after each training with follow-up details, as well as the day before each training with the details for the Zoom training session
- please expect “remind”-texts for brief reminders/alerts or time-sensitive questions

- PUT POSTERS UP once you have the necessary information (this may be a few weeks)
- If desired, put up Info Poster (directions below as to how to “annotate” – suggest using fonts Lato or Raleway if possible). If you have a graphic design program, you can drop your logo in the bottom right corner if desired.
- To add YOUR details: Mac Users: open the PDF; in Preview, Go to Tools: select “Annotate” and then “Text” and add your text
- PC Users: open the PDF in Adobe Reader (free at App store), Go to Comment, then “Annotations”, then add your text (T)

- POST after the 4th of July holiday
- (Save the Date graphic will be here after the 4th of July holiday – right-click it to download. You can share it on Facebook, Instagram, Tweet it, etc.
- FB SHARE for Success Stories (shared on Friday afternoons)
- Please share the Success Stories from my FB page (Best Body in 52) – posted on Friday afternoons
- I may tag you on FB on Success Stories I’ll share from time to time, so please “friend me” first if you haven’t. And if you would rather me not “tag” you, please email me to let me know.
- DECIDE mode of registration and package add-ons
- At our next training, we will cover the terminology to use if you are creating your own, or you may purchase our pre-filled Google form if desired – it’s just $12. You can wait to purchase it when you make your facilitator order next month.

- FACILITATOR SURVEY: completion of the training survey is required the Friday before each training – you’ll get it the week before the training via email
- NEXT TRAINING
- 2nd Facilitator Training 1:00-2:15 pm EST on July 23 via Zoom. The Zoom link will be posted on our FB group the day before the meeting, as well as in an email to you

- Brainstorm as to how you will to take registration (if you don’t have a website, we’ll help you get a Google form set up after the next training)
- Consider what your package add-ons will be and pricing

- Pursue support from your leadership (using the general Facilitator page of the website)
- Review the slides from the training and the Facilitator Guide (this password protected site; password: fall2019), and or share the shortened version here with your leadership
- Begin to build a small Countdown team of staff and/or volunteers
- Record the important dates on your calendar (see the sidebar of my website’s general Facilitator page)
- Plan to share the Save the Date graphic after the holiday
- Complete the Training Survey the Friday before the next training (be watching for the email the week before the training)
