6 easy Mother’s Day desserts the kids can make for YOU!

Being in the kitchen is just more fun with a buddy or two, especially if you spend a lot of time there. Growing up with a really big family, food prep for me was largely about hanging out.

I love to be in the kitchen with my kids (well, preferably one at a time :). They always come up with creative ways to do things that I just have to laugh about, like Thomas here squeezing the limes for our Mexican Slaw dressing on Cinco de Mayo last weekend — using one of Daddy’s garage tools! Yes, really! #boys

And here’s Elita, always trying to make a vlog out of our kitchen time (that’s me in the back blending our Tastes Like Vacation Anytime Froyo we like to make together after school). #girlslbringthedrama

What about my middle-man Austin? He somehow catches a whiff of “chores” in the air when we’re in the kitchen prepping… “Mom, can we go out to eat?” Here we are on a little date to his favorite place.
