There will be 10 Best Body Tickets…10 chances to win that will continue to help you reach Your Best Body!
Here’s how it works!
For most Best Body Tickets, you simply need to take a picture of the designated page of your book and email it to: susan.abdelnor@mcleodhealth.org. (You’ll get email/text reminders telling you what to email, so you don’t miss your chance to win! Each Best Body Ticket is also in bold on our 52-day calendar). Posting the first one is the trickiest, so here is some info to help!
Heads up: If you want to get all 10 Best Body Ticket entries (YES!), be sure that daily you are logging your exercise in Appendix D in your book or on the interactive E-doc (Exercise Tracker download)…as that’s the 10th Best Body Ticket!
In order to be entered into the first drawing, you’ll need to email your 3 days of food records (all together at once) by Day 45 to: susan.abdelnor@mcleodhealth.org. The drawing will be the following day, and winners will be announced at the MHFC front desk. You could win!
Below are some options for posting the first (trickiest) ticket:
If technology is stressing you out, grab your closest 25-year-old and they will turn it into a gorgeous collage for you, or see #3 below.
You don’t have to be a techie to win! The goal is to pay close attention to what you are eating for 3 straight days.
1) USING THE FOOD AND HUNGER LOG FROM THE SUCCESS JOURNAL
You can use the Food and Hunger Log from here and type in your foods. Then just save it as a PDF (choose “Print” and then “Save as PDF”) and attach it to your email and send it. Tada!
2) USING MY FITNESS PAL
If you are using My Fitness Pal (or a similar program), it’s easiest if you go on your computer (desktop or laptop) and pull up that day’s summary on your myfitnesspal.com account. Then do a “screen shot”
-
on a Mac: command-shift-4
-
on a PC: the Print Screen key at the end of the Function key row (PrtSc)
-
on a tablet/iPhone: hold down the “home” key (bottom center) and the power key (upper right top corner or side of it) to do a screen shot.
Or, if you’d rather print it from your computer and take a picture of the page, or take a picture of your computer screen with your smartphone, those are options, too. It doesn’t have to be perfectly legible for you to get credit.
3) OR, JUST WRITE IT OUT
You can even copy page 176 in your book 3 times and write it in, or print the Food and Hunger Log from here, and simply write your food in. Or just get out some notebook paper! You don’t have to be a techie to win! Make sure to post it by midnight on Day 45.
Plan to get your name in all 10 Best Body Ticket drawings! I hope you win! 🙂 Use the calendar image here to mark your calendar so you don’t miss any of the Ticket Challenges (they are in bold). Remember, they are not due to be posted until the day AFTER they’re listed. And 2-10 are much simpler than the first one, which will be a meaningful experience!
