I was not excited to start the Best Body Countdown. Not even a little bit. I’m mostly a home-body and have been for over 16 years, raising my kiddos and working. But I HAD to do something. I needed to change my destructive eating and lack of exercise.
I’m proud I stuck with it and finally feel like I’m on the right track. I’m choosing healthier eating options daily, cutting out all the garbage, and occasionally (and within reason) treating myself, and feeling stronger & healthier everyday! I’m down a total 14.4 lbs! I’ve seen the biggest changes in my appearance and comfort in clothing, and I enjoy going to the gym! I haven’t reached my “Best Body” yet, but I’ve certainly reached the best body I’ve had in a long time. I’m on a good path and I’m going to stay on it!
