If you don’t have your Cookbook in hand yet, download the Intro section of the Best Body Cookbook & Menu Plan HERE so you can get your kitchen set up for success before we start counting down from Day 52. Use it as an overview.
2) CONSIDER STARTING with SOME BABY STEPS IN ADVANCE

3) GET YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED. If you have questions, most of them can be answered one of these 2 places: the FAQ and Topic Search at the end of the book, and/or the FAQs on the website.

Specific questions not answered in the book can be asked on the private Best Body Club Facebook group: ask your Facilitator for the link. If you have questions for the program author, please tag Sohailla Digsby. It’s one of the most FUN aspects of our Countdown! (It will be pretty quiet until the week before the Countdown starts).
