Doing the Best Body Countdown was one of the smartest decisions I have made. I’ve participated in two rounds of the 52-Day Countdown and loved every minute of it!
I lost 20 pounds and I’ve enjoyed the changes in me emotionally and physically due to following the Countdown’s guidelines. I can’t wait wait to see what doing another round will do! By completing your daily checklist in the book, you will reach your goals. And I recommend using the virtual accountability group Sohailla runs January and September to inspire and encourage each other to strive to reach Your Best! Making the changes isn’t easy in the beginning, but is is rewarding and has become a way of life.
