During the 52 days, I gained a renewed mind, surprising willpower and discipline, formed healthy habits, and now feel comfortable in my own skin.
The recipes in the Best Body Cookbook & Menu Plan are delicious, and they are fairly simple! Though eating vegetables at every meal was a challenge for me, they really do keep you satiated until the next meal. Daily encouragement throughout the program from Countdown participants, healthy meal options, and support from my husband made the biggest impact on my progress.
