I was stuck. I’d been stuck for so long I thought I couldn’t get unstuck. This is just how my life was going to be, varying between 215/220 pounds. Then one day my coworker talked to me about this program that was only 52 days. I asked lots of questions: I like the easy way…no prep, no planning, no cooking and no mess to clean up. Plus, I just didn’t have time for all that. I wanted something catered to me, and I didn’t want to lose too many of my ‘yummy’ foods (mostly sugar and pizza). And I didn’t want to be accountable for what I knew already.
52 days later…I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! My clothes fit better and I’m a lot happier with myself! My self-confidence is up and my mindset has changed for the better! This is something that I can do the rest of my life. My lifestyle has changed! I have new meals I like and I’m prepping and planning!
I love working out, but I realize my weight and a healthy life has a lot to do with what I use to fuel my body. I know I’ll mess up and eat extra sugar from time to time, but I know that I can’t do it all the time! So, for the first time in who knows how long, I’m under 200 pounds! I started Day 52 at 215 pounds and I ended day 1 at 196…and continued to lose: a total of 26 pounds. Going to keep going …and keep it off! I’m super excited with where I’m going!
