Sohailla Digsby is a registered dietitian, fitness instructor, author and presenter. She started teaching aerobics when she was studying nutrition at the University of Georgia in the 1990s. Whether she’s writing, presenting, teaching aerobics classes, developing wellness programs, leading boot camp, or consulting nutrition clients, Sohailla loves to motivate people to be their best physically. She is passionate about keeping her wellness message balanced and fun, knowing that after the hype of the fads fade, people simply need practical steps to build a healthy foundation that will last.
